WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Standard delivery anywhere in Australia is only $9.50
Standard delivery Overseas is only $25
Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 5-7 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
For all orders that are $150 or more… the shipping is FREE.
Free in store pick up during business hours is also available. We will send a text message once your order has been packed and is ready for you to pick up. Please ensure you include your mobile number on the order details.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship Australia wide and Overseas.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders within 48 hours, during normal business trading days (Monday to Friday).
However please note that orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).
We aim to meet these packing and postage times; however, during busy periods (including sales) processing may take a little longer.
You will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has been dispatched.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours during our normal trading days (Monday to Friday), except for weekends and holiday periods.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Australian orders you should expect to receive your order within 7 – 10 business days.
Perth customers within 12 -14 days
RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund any product that is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or broken product, please CONTACT US within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please make sure you choose your products wisely, we do not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS GONE MISSING?
The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is posted, not from the date of order.
Please check the following if your parcel hasn’t arrived.
- Check at your local post office or mail centre in case they’re holding it safely for you (sometimes the postie forgets to leave a card.)
- If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and with the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
- Check your order to ensure the address you used was correct.
- Check PayPal too as sometimes a variance on your PayPal account can be the culprit.
- If you’ve tried all these and still no order then please contact-us and we’ll do our best to locate it for you or point you in the right direction of finding it.
